The cedar hay barn bird feeder is designed for versatility. You can sit on a stand, table or a platform.  You can also use mixed or sunflower seeds for the wild birds.  It will feed 8 to 12 birds at a time.

This platform bird feeder is in the style of a hay barn and is huge.  The hay barn bird feeder includes: two loafing sheds on each side with roof which are the feed areas, simulated boards on all sides, and trim to simulate the barn and loft doors, and two hitching rails on each end.

The right roof lifts up for filling the bird feeder hopper with seeds and has a hook to keep it closed during windy days.  It is handcrafted using 7/8" cedar.

The platform bird feeds have two pre-drilled screw holes in the front and back to secure it to the platform if desired.  

This bird feeder it has a raised dispenser floor to prevent the potential of water seeping in under the bird feeder into the seed bunker.

Cleaning this bird feeder is a cinch. Just three screws on the bottom, you can take the bottom off for a complete spring cleaning.

The birdhouse is constructed to meet the suggested requirements of the Audubon Society and U.S. Fish and Wildlife.
