Shipments and returns

Your shipment

As you could probably tell from our website, many of the items are hand crafted and therefore your items will not ship the next day.  We work with a variety of artists from the various states in the USA and they work extremely hard to finish your item as soon as possible. 

However, that being said, it may take take 5-15 days for your item to ship.  It simply depends how intricate the item you have purchased is, since many of the items are made when they are ordered.  If you order a small birdhouse with very little detail it might mail the next day. All of the items that are shipped are insured.  The items will be shipped from a variety of different shippers, given that our artists are very particular about their carriers. 

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. 

If you have ordered more than one item your order may be shipped separately, given that we are working with a variety of artists.  Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We make sure to securely package all of our unique birdhouses & other birding products before they ship.

GROUND SHIPPING: Continental U.S. (48 States)  Normal delivery time is 5-7 business days.  However, as noted above, many of our items are hand crafted by artists and may take a bit of extra time.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: No International shipping is provided at this time. This includes US territories as well as US military APOs/FPOs.
